SanDisk Gets Court Approval For msystems Acquisition

Milpitas-based SanDisk is reporting today that an Israeli court has given it final approval for its acquisition of Israeli-based msystems. SanDisk said that the District Court of Tel Aviv has approved the acquisdition, following shareholder approval of the transaction last week. The firms expect the acquisition to complete this month. The $1.5B deal was first announced in July.
