SayNow Acquired By Google

Palo Alto-based SayNow, a developer of a voice messaging application aimed at celebrities and brands, said today that it has been acquired by Google. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. The firm is venture backed by Shasta Ventures, Tugboat Ventures, and Altos Ventures. The company was founded by Ujjwal Singh and Nikhyl Singhal.
