schoolFeed Acquired By United Online

San Mateo-based schoolFeed, a startup developing Facebook applications to help people connect with their high school class, has been acquired by United Online. Financial terms of the deal were not announced by the companies. schoolFeed--which just announced its service in February, plus a funding round from First Round Capital, Crosslink Capital, InterWest, and SK Telecom--will become part of United Online's Memory Lane subsidiary.
