SkinStore.com Acquired By Drugstore.com

The acquisition of Sacramento-based Salu, the owner of only beauty products retailer SkinStore.com, by DrugStore.com has completed, Drugstore.com said Monday. The deal was worth $36M in cash and stock, and was originally announced in December. The firm said that Salu will continue to operate out of the Sacramento area as a wholly owned subsidiary of the firm.
