Cisco Completes Meetinghouse Buy

San Jose-based Cisco Systems has completed its acquisition of Meetinghouse Data Communications, the company said today. The Meetinghouse deal was first announced in June, and is worth $43.7m in cash and assumed options. Meetinghouse is based in Portsmouth, NH, and provides 802.1x security software. The firm's team and products have been integrated into Cisco's Wireless Networking Business Unit.
