Agilent Completes Xpedion Acquisition

Palo Alto-based Agilent has completed its acquisition of Xpedion Design Systems, the firm said this afternoon. Terms were not disclosed. Xpedion's products allow RF integrated circuit designers to analyze designs at the transistor level. Agilent said that Xpedion's next release products are on schedule for early calendar 2007. Xpedion was backed by Menlo Ventures, Telesoft Partners, and Viventures.
