Vivendi Games Buys Centerscore

Los Angeles-based Vivendi Games has acquired San Mateo-based Centerscore, a developer of mobile games. Financial terms were not disclosed. Vivendi said this morning that it will obtain the rights to Centerscore's portfolio of titles, which include Amy's Jigsaw Scrapbook, Amy's Hangman and Alone: The Horror Begins. Centerscore was founded in 2000 and develops wireless mobile games, and was founded by Oliver Miao and three friends from Stanford.
