W5 Raises $12M

Fremont-based W5 Networks, which develops wireless products for the retail industry, said today that it has raised $12M in a second round of funding. The funding was led by Frazier Technology Ventures, and included participation by prior investors Thomas Weisel Venture Partners and U.S. Venture Partners.
