Vector Capital Expands Team

San Francisco-based private equity firm Vector Capital said today that it has hired two new members of its team. The firm, which specializes in spinouts, buyouts, and recapitalizations, said it has added David Fishman as Principal and Elizabeth Katz as Vice President. Fishman was most recently at Goldman Sachs, where he was a Managing Director in M&A; Katz was most recently in Business Development at PeopleSoft. More information »
