Nimsoft Gets $10.3M

Redwood City-based Nimsoft has raised $10.3M in venture capital, the firm said today. The company said that funding came from JMI Equity and Northzone Ventures. The round is the first round of funding for the firm. The funding will go towards expansion of the company's sales and marketing, and also toward further development of its products. Nimsoft develops service level management software used for managing SLAs. More information »
