Workshare Closes $23M Series B Funding

San Francisco and London-based Workshare, a provider of security software for content compliance, said this morning that it has closed a $23M Series B round of funding. The funding came from Steelpoint Capital Partners, Intel Capital, and Quester. The firm said it will use the funding for acquisitions, new markets, and new service delivery models.
