ShoreTel Files For IPO
Sunnyvale-based ShoreTel, a provider of IP telecommunications systems, said today it has filed a registration statement for an initial public offering of its common stock. According to the filing, ShoreTel is looking to raise up to $85M in an IPO on the NASDAQ Global Market as SHOR. The IPO is being underwritten by Lehman Brothers, Inc, J.P. Morgan Securities, Piper Jaffray & Co, JMP Securities, and Wedbush Morgan Securities. ShoreTel is backed by Crosspoint Venture Capital, Lehman Brothers Venture Partners, Foundation Capital, and J.P. Morgan.
