Leadis Buys Mondowave

Sunnyvale-based Leadis Technology, a provider of mixed-signal semiconductor display drivers, said today it has acquired Mountain View-based Mondowave. Mondowave is a developer of low-power analog semiconductors for analog consumer audio. The deal is worth $8M in cash. Leadis said the Mondowave team will join the firm immediately.
