PneumRx Raises $27M

Mountain View-based PneumRx said Monday afternoon that it has raised $27M in a Series B funding, for the firm's medical devices used to diagnose and treat lung cancer and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. The funding was led by Adams Street Partners and Telegraph Hill Partners, and also included Sage Venture Partners, Alta Partners, KBL Healthcare Ventures, and Spray Venture Partners.
