Aragon Surgical Buys VeriSure

Palo Alto-based Aragon Surgical announced today that it has acquired VeriSure, a firm developing laparoscopic enabling products. Financial terms were not disclosed. Aragon Surgical is venture backed by Delphi Ventures and Onset Ventures.
