Jajah Takes Phone Service To Call Centers
Mountain View-based Jajah, the web-based service that allows users to make free and low cost phone calls, said today that it has introduced a new solution targeted at call centers. The company said today that its new Global Call Center Solution will allow businesses to take advantage of its service for call centers, and that it has signed Logitech as a customer. Logitech is using Jajah for technical support for its Harmony universal remote, as an alternative to 800 number support.
