eSkye Solutions Buys Modular Information Systems

Glen Ellen-based eSkye Solutions said today that it has agreed to acquire San Ramon-based Modular Information Systems, make of winery management software. Financial terms were not disclosed. eSkye Solutions ia provider of applications and service for the beverage industry.
