Aruba Networks Prices IPO

Sunnyvale-based Aruba Networks has priced its initial public offering, saying today that it is offering 8,000,000 shares of its common stock at $11.00 per share. Aruba will trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "ARUN". Aruba's IPO is being underwritten by Goldman, Sachs & Co., Lehman Bros, J.P. Morgan Securities, and RBC Capital Markets.
