Dash Looks For Beta Testers

Mountain View-based Dash Navigation, which is developing GPS-based traffic navigation systems, said today that it plans to recruit 2,000 drivers to road test the firm's Dash Express product nationwide. The firm said it plans the test in advance of commercial launch in the fall of its services. Dash is funded by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Sequoia Capital, Skymoon Ventures, Crescendo Ventures, Artis Capital, ZenShin Capital Partners and Gold Hill Capital.
