AirTight Gets $14.5M

Mountain View-based AirTight Networks has closed a $14.5M Series C funding, the company said Tuesday. The funding was led by CMEA Ventures, and included other existing investors. AirTight is a developer of wireless intrusion prevention and security products. According to AirTight, this brings the amount invested in the firm to $36.75M. AirTight previously raised a $12.0M Series B funding in December of 2005 from Trident Capital, Walden International, Granite Ventures, and Blueprint Ventures. More information »
