Centrify Inks $15M
Mountain View-based Centrify has raised $15M in a Series C funding, the company announced Tuesday morning. The round was led by Sigma Partners, and also included current investors Mayfield Fund, Accel Partners and INVESCO Private Capital. Centrify is a developer of software used for connecting Microsoft's Active Directory software with non-Microsoft platforms. Peter Solvik of Sigma Partners is joining the company's board as part of the funding. Centrify's software is used for providing directory management in conjunction with Microsoft Active Directory, which is used for access control, passwords, and identity management in enterprises.
