Storewiz Raises $9M

Storewiz, a firm developing data storage compression appliances, said Tuesday that the company has raised $9M in venture capital funding from Sequoia Capital. The firm said that the Series B funding will go towards meeting demand and expanding sales and marketing teams for its products. StoreWiz develops appliances which compress data being stored onto NAS, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel storage. More information »
