Cuts.com Acquired By Rifftrax

San Francisco-based Cuts.com, an online video editing and sharing web site, has been acquired by Rifftrax. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Evan Krauss, President and CEO of Cuts said that Rifftrax will continue to operate the Cuts.com service. Cuts.com has received an undisclosed amount of venture capital from First Round Capital, and launched a beta of the site in February of 2007.
