Semiconductor Service Lab Firms Merge

Three Silicon Valley semiconductor service lab firms said today that they have merged to form Nano Integration Solutions, Inc., a provider of engineering services to semiconductor design firms. The new firm said that Berkeley Consulting Services, Inc., FIB International, Inc., and Nano Measurements, Inc. have all combined to provide functional test, test services, failure analysis, and other services to semiconductor design companies. Financial terms of the merger was not disclosed.
