Packet Design Raises $4.0M In Debt

Redwood City-based Packet Design has raised $4.0M in debt financing, for the firm's networking management appliances from BlueCrest Capital Finance, BlueCrest said Thursday. Packet Design is a developer of a product that maps layer 3 network toplogy, used by network engineers to resolve network routing issues and other network problems. The firm has received venture funding from Advanced Technology Ventures, Allegis Capital, Masthead Venture Partners and Mayfield.
