Presidio Reinsurance Lands $50M In Equity From FTVentures

San Francisco-based Presidio Reinsurance Group, a firm that provides reinsurance for the major medical market, has landed $50M in an equity commitment from FTVentures. The investment is the Presidio's first institutional investment. Presidio said that the financing would accelerate its ability to expands is products, services, and management team. Presidio reinsures its clients on medical risk exposure, and its customers include insurance companies, HMOs, healthcare systems, hospitals, and others. More information »
