Star Analytics Lands $3.5M

Palo Alto-based Star Analytics, a provider of enterprise software targeted at financial reporting and business analysis, said Tuesday that it has raised $3.5M in a Series A round. The round was co-led by Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and Lightspeed Venture Partners. Star Analytics said the funding will go to scale operations and capitalize on demand for the firm's products. Ann Winblad of Hummer Winblad and John Luongo of Lightspeed will join the firm's board as part of the investment. More information »
