Yahoo Names Wilderotter To Board

Sunnyvale-based Yahoo! said today that it has appointed Maggie Wilderotter to the company's board. Wilderotter is Chairman and CEO of Citizens Communications Company. Wilderotter has also served as SVP at Microsoft, President and CEO of Wink Communications, as well as spent time as an executive at AT&T Wireless and McCaw Cellular Communications. Wilderotter currently also serves on the board of Xerox.
