AlarmPoint Systems Finds $7.5M

Pleasanton-based AlarmPoint Systems said today that it has raised $7.5M in a Series C funding. The firm, which provides event notification services for IT management, said that the funding included $4.5M in equity from JMI Equity, along with $3M in term financing from Bridge Bank. AlarmPoint provides services for managing IT events, including IT incidents, support requests, and other issues. According to AlarmPoint, the funding will be used to accelerate the growth and acceptance of its products and services. More information »
