ArcSight Files For IPO
Cupertino, California-based ArcSight said today in a filing with the SEC that it is seeking to raise up to $74.75M in an IPO on the NASDAQ Global Market. The IPO is being underwritten by Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, Wachovia Securities, and RBC Capital Markets. ArcSight has applied to list as "ARST." ArcSight provides security software used to analyze security events and compliance. The firm is venture backed by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Institutional Venture Partners, Integral Capital, Daly Alpha, and New Enterprise Associates. According to the firm's filing, it had a loss of $257K on revenues of $69.8M in 2007.
