Ensim Sells Unit To SW Soft

Santa Clara-based Ensim Corporation said Tuesday that it has sold its Ensim Pro products, which are used for server automation and web hosting, to SW Soft. Herndon, Virginia-based SW Soft develops server virtualization and automation software. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
