Digg Adds More Features, Revamps Profiles

San Francisco-based Digg announced Thursday morning that it has rolled out new, revamped profiles, and added a number of features focused on sharing stories on Digg with friends and contacts. Digg has added notifications when friends or a story you submit becomes popular, and also searching for friends via email address. The moves by Digg add social networking features such as personal photos, adding friends and other social networking web site links, as well as the ability to post a bio and other information.
