Trimble Acquires Ingenieurburo Breining GmbH

Sunnvale-based Trimble said this morning that it has acquired Ingenieurburo Breining GmbH, a German provider of field data collection and office software for surveyors. Financial terms were not disclosed. Ingenieurburo Breining GmbH develops software used by the surveying market in Germany. Trimble said the deal will enable it to further address local application requirements in that market. Ingenieurburo Breining GmbH was founded in 199. Trimble is a provider of GPS and related hardware and software.
