D&B Acquires Purisma For $48M
Dun and Bradstreet said earlier this week that it has acquired Purisma, a Redwood City, California-based provider of commercial data integration software. The deal was worth $48M and closed earlier in October. According to D&B, the acquisition will give it software capabilities to pursue the commercial data integration (CDI) marketplace. Purisma was venture backed by Granite Ventures, Worldview Technology Partners, Informatica, and Hyperion.
