U4EA Technologies Acquires J6 Technology

Fremont-based U4EA Technologies, a provider of integrated access gateways for the telecom industry, said today that it has acquired J6 Technology, a supplier of signaling gateways. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. J6 Technology develops voice signaling products, including PBX and ISDN products. u4EA Technologies designs VoIP, data, and video gateways used to connect to telecommunications networks.
