Turin Networks Acquires Carrier Access

Petaluma-based Turin Networks, a provider of metro transport and switching services for the telecommunications market, said this morning that it has acquired Carrier Access for $92.7M in cash. Carrier Access is a publicly listed provider of wireless and wired communications network services and technology. Carrier Access is based in Boulder, Colorado.
