Macrovision Completes Acquisition of All Media Guide

Santa Clara-based Macrovision said Monday morning that it has completed its acquisition of All Media Guide Holdings. Financial terms of the deal, which was originally announced on November 7th, were not disclosed. All Media Guide is a provider of a database of music, movies, and games, including reviews, titles, biographies, images, and other information.
