Validity Sensors Raises $20M
San Jose-based Validity Sensors said Monday that it has raised $20M in a Series B funding. The round was led by Crosslink Capital, and also include Telesoft Partners, Qualcomm Ventures, and Venture Tech Alliance. Validity Sensors said that Michael Stark of Crosslink has joined the firm's board of directors. Validity Sensors develops fingerprint readers for the biometrics industry. More information »
