Cellfire Gets $12M

San Jose-based Cellfire said Thursday that it has raised $12M in a third round of funding, led by new investor Silver Creek Ventures. Existing investors Menlo Ventures and Storm Ventures also participated. Cellfire said the funding will go to expand its sales and marketing efforts. Cellfire last raised a round of capital in July of 2006. Cellfire operates a service which delivers discounts and offers via cell phone. More information »
