SpringCM Buys Synchris

San Mateo-based SpringCM, a developer of document management software, said today that it has acquired the assets of Synchris, Inc. Synchris is a developer of bid, proposal, and contract management software. Financial terms of the acquisition was not disclosed. According to SpringCM, it will continue to support the Synchris Privia product, and Synchris will become SpringCM's Government Solutions Division.
