Helpstream Raises $8.6M

Mountain View-based Healthstream, a provider of software as a service for customer service, said today that it has closed on a $8.6M round of funding. The round was led by Mohr Davidow Ventures, and also included prior investor Foundation Capital, and former Informix CEo Roger Sippl. Bryan Stolle of MDV will join the firm's board as part of the funding. Helpstream said the funding will go to accelerate development of its products and services, as well as towards marketing and sales. More information »
