Redwood City-based Encentuate, a provider of single-sign on, identity management software, has been acquired by IBM, IBM announced Wednesday. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Encentuate will become part of the IBM Software Group's Tivoli division. Encentuate's identity management software is used to manage login information to enterprise applications.
