Ciranova Scores $5.25M
Santa Clara-based Ciranova said Monday that it has raised $5.25 in a round of funding. The firm, which develops EDA software tools used for analog and custom integrated circuit design, said the funding came from Synopsys, Mentor Graphics, and prior investors Alloy Ventures, US Venture Partners, Asiatech Management, and Cadence founder Jim Solomon. Alloy Ventures led the round. Ciranova said the funding would be used to further develop, deploy, and support its technology. Both Mentor and Synopsys will gain board observer positions with the funding. More information »
