Vindicia Takes $5.6M In Third Round

San Mateo-based Vindicia said Monday morning that it has raised $5.6M in a Series C funding round. The round was co-led by Leader Ventures and DCM. Vindicia develops ecommerce software used for payment management and billing. According to the firm, the round brings the company's total raised to $8.7M. Vindicia is headed by former eMusic founder and CEO Gene Hoffman. More information »
