Autodesk Completes Moldflow Acquisition

San Rafael-based Autodesk said late Wednesday that it has completed its acquisition of Moldflow Corporation. The deal, which was announced in May, was worth approximately $297M. Autodesk paid $22 per share in cash for Moldflow, which is a developer of software for the plastics design and manufacturing area.
