EBR Systems Gets $35M In Third Round

Sunnyvale-based EBR Systems, a developer of medical devices for the treatment of heart failure, said Monday afternoon that it has raised $35M in a Series C funding. The roudn closed on June 12th. According to the firm, the round was led by Delphi Venturs, and included prior investors SV Life Science Advisers, Split Rock Partners, Frazier Healthcare Ventures, and De Novo Ventures. EBR Systems' products are used for cardiac stimulation; the company's lead product is an implantable pacing device for left ventricular stimulation for the treatment of heart failure.
