Cyrium Technologies Takes $15M For Photovoltaics Technology

Sunnyvale- and Ottawa, Canada-based Cyrium Technologies, which develops high efficiency, multi-junctional solar cells, said today that it has raised $15M in a Series B funding round. The round came from The Quercus Trust, and also included funding from BDC Venture Capital, Chrysalix Energy Venture Capital, and Pangaea Ventures Ltd.
