Marketbright Raises Funding

San Bruno-based Marketbright, which is developing software-as-a-service tools for marketing automation, has raised a Series A round of funding. Amount of the funding was not disclosed. According to the firm, the round was led by Greycroft Partners and Knight's Bridge Capital partners. Marketbright said the funding will go towards expansion of its sales and marketing team, and to fund product development efforts. Alan Patricof of Greycroft led the funding round, with Dr. Ronald Weissman and Howard Lindzon joining the company's board of directors. Weissman is also an investor in the firm. More information »
