KLA-Tencor Loses COO, Gains CFO
Milipitas-based KLA-Tencor, which develops process control equipment for the semiconductor industry, said Thursday that its President and COO, John Kispert, is leaving the company at the end of the year, and that it has hired on Mark P. Dentinger as its new CFO. No reason or details on Kispert's departure was given. Separately, the firm said that Dentiger has joined the company from BEA Systems, where he was CFO until its acquisition by Oracle. Dentiger has also served at Compaq Computer. Dentiger replaces Kispert, who was also serving as interim CFO at the company.
