Nusym Technology Raises $8M

Los Gatos-based Nusym Technology, which is developing functional verification software for the semiconductor industry, said today that it has raised $8M in a new Series B financing. According to Nusym, the round was led by Voyager Capital, and also included Simmons Goodspeed Investment Management, an un-named public company acting as a strategic investor, and previous investors Woodside Fund and Draper Richards. Nusym said the funding will go to refine and introduce its intelligent verification product line. Daniel Ahn of Voyager joins the firm's board along with the funding. More information »
